Exclusive interview with Jessie McKay !
It’s only taken a short time for Jessie McKay to become one of the most popular female wrestlers in her home country of Australia, and also in United States. And no wonder. This sexy and athletic young lady has shown her ring proficiency in singles competition and tag matches. Recently, she spoke with me via her facebook account about her favourite opponent, goals in her career, and many more :
The Krupy : How did you created your nickname, „Everbody´s favourite girlfiend ?“
Jessie : My nickname of ‘Everybody’s Favourite Girlfriend’ was actually given to me when I wrestled for a company in QLD. I liked how it sounded and what it stood for, so I decided to keep it and have used it ever since.
The Krupy : Who is your favourite opponent from Shimmer ?
Jessie : My favourite opponent from SHIMMER would have to be Nicole Matthews. We have had numerous matches in the past year and I really enjoyed wrestling her as I really had to push myself which ultimately made me a better wrestler.
The Krupy : What is your goal in Shimmer ? Shimmer Championship, or something else ?
Jessie : My goal in SHIMMER is definitely capturing the title. That’s the reason myself and all the other girls wrestle for SHIMMER, to show that we want to become the best.
The Krupy : We heard that Britani Knight is heading to FCW soon. Don´t you think that it´s too early for her ?
Jessie :I don’t think Britani Knight is too young. She is 19 which I think is a perfect age. I think she will be able to have a long, successful career.
The Krupy : Would you prefer to go to TNA or WWE, and why ?
Jessie : WWE and TNA are both great wrestling companies. I would be happy to work for either.
The Krupy : When I first saw you, I was like „oh my god, she is the definition of WWE Diva, she´s so beautiful“…but when you started to wrestle, I was completely surprised how good you are, so my next question is : Can you imagine yourself with the WWE Divas Championship ?
Jessie : I can see myself with the Divas Championship but I realize if I ever were to hold that title, that it’s a long way away. I still need to achieve a lot more before that happens.
The Krupy : As a big Cheerleader Melissa fan, I have to ask you….how it feels to work with her ?
Jessie : It was an amazing learning experience, being in the ring with Cheerleader Melissa. I am happy I was able to wrestle her, especially at SHIMMER.
The Krupy : Who was your wrestling idol in childhood ?
Jessie : My childhood idol was The Rock. I loved watching him on TV. The way he wrestled, spoke on the microphone and made the audience do whatever he wanted was amazing. He is the reason I wanted to become a wrestler.
The Krupy : Who is your mentor in Shimmer ? (Except of Madison Eagles of course )
Jessie : Apart of Madison Eagles, I don’t really have a mentor. I watch a lot of the girls wrestle and try to learn as much as I can that way.
The Krupy : Who is your dream opponent ?
Jessie : My dream opponent would be Beth Phoenix. I enjoy watching her on TV and think it would great to hop in the ring with her.
The Krupy : And last question: Will you marry me, please ? 
Jessie : Sorry, I don’t think long distance would work :)
